HANDLING TIME

We aim to prepare and ship all standard orders in 1 to 2 days.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please note that next-day delivery may take 1-2 working days and is not guaranteed. We rely on Royal Mail for all deliveries for your convenience. Estimated delivery times vary from 2-3 days. Unfortunately, we cannot influence delays from the delivery companies.

PRE ORDERS

Each product comes with a description and an estimated arrival time at our warehouse. While we strive for timely deliveries, delays can happen. Please be prepared for potential shipping delays, especially with pre-ordered items requested at your discretion.

If you order a product that is in stock along with a pre-order, we'll combine them into one shipment for efficiency. this means your order won't be dispatched until the pre-ordered item is in stock.

LUNA CRAFTS SUPPLIER UK cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed due to this.

Return & Exchange Policy

Goods damaged in transit:

Please ensure you notify us within 48 hours of delivery to our email address, lunacraftsupplieruk@hotmail.com Please attach photos of the faulty or damaged products so we can start our investigation. Please keep the products as evidence, as we will require this to be returned to us so we can carry on with our investigation.

If approved, we will issue a gift card or refund if necessary.
